Refund policy

30‑day return window: items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Condition for return:

items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact (including hygiene strip for hosiery).

How to initiate:

email info@airsheer.com with your order number and reason for return to receive a return authorization and instructions.

Return shipping:

customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error. For returns due to defect or mistake, we cover return shipping.

Refund processing:

refunds issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Shipping fees (except prepaid free‑shipping on qualifying orders) are non‑refundable.

Exchanges:

exchanges for size or color are processed after we receive the returned item; expedited exchange shipping options available for an additional fee.
